Sr. Engineer to Staff Engineer (Test Equipment 1 Position)
(Ayutthaya)

Responsibilities:

• BROAD FUNCTIONS:
• Responsible for the performance and maintenance of production equipment in his assigned areas.
• Implement systems to maintain and improve equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance of all manufacturing and associated equipment/ machinery.
• Provide leadership of the group to achieve department goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guide, motivate and lead technicians to achieve a common objective setup by the department.
• Liaise with relevant parties on the new product transfer program and meet product requirements.
• Design fixtures and electronics circuitry to improve productivity, downtime and product quality of all equipment in his area responsibility.
• Upgrade the knowledge of engineer / technicians through Technical Training.
• Participate in Cross Functional Team and CPI activities.
• Setup proper documentation control and ensure procedures compliance to meet the specification.
• Supervise the installation and setup of new equipment, Tool and Instruments.
• Ensure commonality/standardization among the same processes/system within related manufacuring sites.

Requirements:
Educational Required: 

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical)

Skill:   

• Knowledge of test-equipment in hardware and software esp. robot & automation maintenance
• Good skill in electronic board repair and electronic design skill
• Experiences Required:  6 10 years in electronics specialist:
• Other Requirement: 
• leadership skill
• Good English skill and be able to communicate & present 
• Good attitude  and willing to work hard
• COMPETENCY:
• Organizes/supervise technicians to achieve department goal and objective. To design and document for a new fixture &adapter, electronic circuitry to improve equipment performance in term of downtime and cycle time.
