Engineering Department Manager

- Overall in charge of Facilities, Mechanical and TPM sections to support plant operation.
- Responsible to lead the five main areas; the Facilities, Electrical, Building Maintenance, Machine maintenance and Mold management; The Facilities equipment consists of the following systems and utility supplies: Electricity, NG, Steam, Process Soft and DI water, Compressed air, Vacuums and the HVAC in the plant. The machine maintain of the complex machineries and Mold currently in use to support operation.
- Responsible for driving energy cost savings.
- Responsible to lead 150 employees in the Department.
Requirements:
- Male, Age over 38 up
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical /Electrical/Industrial/ Engineer or related filed.
- Minimum 8-10 years working experience in engineering operations in a manufacturing environment in management level at least 4 years.
- Have Energy conservation project experience with knowledge of TPM, 5S, Lean and Six sigma are an added advantage.
- Good command of spoken & written in English, Computer literacy.
- Strong leadership and team player.
