Responsibilities:
- To support Sales Manager in achieving the sales target, ensuring the effective national campaign and in-store implementation, being Sanford’s key coordinator for specific accounts, and building up good relationship with the customers
Planning
- Develop monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales plan for specific accounts
- Plan trade investment/ spending/ expenses by specific accounts
- Plan promotion; adhoc activities, in-store promotion, mailer
- Monthly forecast sales on a SKU basis for demand plan
- Plan range assortment and new product listing
- Plan market visit, customer visit, and route calls both for KAM and merchandisers
Organizing/ Implementation
- Propose total account plan (sell/ promotion/ product listing/ trade spending) to modern trade sales manager
- Manage account investment against trade agreement
- Regularly visit store and store manager in line with the route plan to gather customer/consumer insights, to improve operations, and ensure implementation at the point of sales (POP, assortment, promotion, normal shelf and special display)
- Initiate and execute the retail/in-store promotion
- Propose business review to MT Manager and present to buyer and its high level
- Follow up shelf share performance and key sku’s pricing survey on regular basis
- Follow up the orders and co-ordinate with the supply chain through goods receiving to ensure timely and correct delivery
- Understand and analyze collection overdue problems; to manage DSO as per target
Communication
- Coach merchandiser team either theoretical or field for the in-store implementation best practices, persuasive sales and problem-solving
- Coordinate with all internal and external involves to flow customer services (sales admin.), logistic, finance/accounting, and marketing
Administration
- Monthly sales performance (market report – sales comments) and investment report
- New product/ quotation/ price adjustment proposal
- Update trade deal by sku for each specific account onto the system
Others
- Be responsible for tasks/projects as per assignment from Strategic Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Male or Female
- Age 25-35 year old
- Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration or relevant.
- 1-3 years experience in sales or marketing area
- Knowledge & Skills : Selling skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, product/category/industry knowledge, analytical skills, problem-solving/decision making skills, MS office proficiency, leadership skills, creative, basic marketing
