PRTR-ES was established in 2006, specifically to better serve our customers in the Eastern Seaboard area of Thailand and to provide services more suited to the technical demands of these customers. PRTR-ES is part of PRTR, which was established in 1990 and is an independent Thai/British joint venture company that based its operational and sales structure on its successful British partner. PRTR was originally established as a company providing permanent recruitment services and has expanded to become a complete supplier of HR and Business Process Outsourcing services. We currently have 3 offices in Bangkok and 1 office in the Eastern Seaboard with a total of 120 staff based in these offices and a further 23 staff supporting our client partners at their locations. Our plan is for PRTR to become Thailand’s largest HR and operational outsourcing services company whilst maintaining a very high level of service and professionalism.

PROJECT/ PROGRAM MANAGER
(Chon Buri)

Responsibilities:

• CHONBURI – AMATA NAKORN

• SALARY B/.100,000 monthly

Responsibilities:

• The Project Manager will report to the the Country Manager and be responsible for the following
• Scope, plan, control and report on a portfolio of projects to ensure completion to agreed schedules and budgets in accordance with new product induction process
• Coordinate multidiscipline activities to ensure projects are executed in safe, quality assured, efficient, cost effective and timely manner
• Ensure customer projects/ initiatives have agreed cross functional support and deliver to the agreed criteria (internal/external).
• Continuously improve the standard the standard and value of service provided to internal and external customers.
• Ensure the requirements of external customers are clearly understood by all staff members, and met in a timely manner  
• Deal effectively and efficiently with the flow of information between the manufacturer and internal and external customers
• Ensure that all projects satisfy customer needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Be able to demonstrate multi discipline project management experience preferably in a Tier 1 Automotive supplier.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Good English is essential required
• Good computer skills (MS Program)
