Recruitment Consultant
(Bangkok)
Responsibilities:
- As Recruitment Consultant you will be required to provide high quality consultative resourcing solutions to global, regional and new business clients and candidates. You will manage and coordinate the cohesive delivery of permanent recruitment services across a range of oil and gas operators, EPC’s and consultancies. You will provide effective and efficient delivery methodologies to strengthen Air Energi’s identity by providing a high quality service that is recognised by all clients and candidates as “best in class”.
- Working closing with the Recruitment Manager and other Air Energi Group Executive sponsors, you will operate as a specialist, professional advisor to clients and candidates throughout the whole process from inception to completion with a thorough understanding of the candidate journey and be able to adopt proven methodologies. You will provide pragmatic, innovative recruitment solutions to clients in a knowledgeable way utilizing “We Deliver” client case studies and candidate testimonials.
Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Responsible for managing your own desk and managing the recruitment process from initial introductory calls, to candidate sourcing right through to necessary management of offers and acceptances to successful placement
- Develop very strong “pre & post placement” candidate and client relationships to greatly assist through “closing the deal” stages to ensure a win-win solution for our candidates and clients.
- Have an in depth knowledge of the local and regional oil and gas market through research, sales and marketing to identify a client’s need and matching the best possible candidates to them.
- Utilise Air Energi’s or the client’s candidate qualification methodologies to minimize the time spent screening calls to identify attractive marketable candidates with desirable oil and gas/technical skills and experience.
- Responsible for the identification of leads for business development purposes, following up these leads or referring them to the appropriate Air Energi personnel.
- Manage allocated global, regional and new business accounts successfully by building up knowledge banks and engagement strategies.
- Achieve the minimum performance objectives and targets as agreed.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements
- You will be a good communicator, with a proven track record within sales and results orientated environment with a strong desire to succeed. You will be able to display a track record of taking ownership for individual targets as well as your ability to work in a cooperative team environment.
- Previous industry experience of at least 5 years with an in-depth knowledge of recruitment processes supporting international service company’s resourcing needs.
- Ability to advertise client vacancies in a professional manner, utilising the Air Energi website and all other available Air Energi media job boards.
- Ability to qualify candidates in depth to obtain good accurate baseline data in line with their current position by taking into consideration lifestyle changes and motivators, to overcome any objections later in the offer process.
- Possess a solid understanding of the recruitment life cycle with the ability to demonstrate empathy to all parties throughout.
- Able to undertake good “timely and structured” database searches in line with the requirement.
- Experience in delivering and meeting client and candidate expectation/satisfaction throughout the whole of the candidate journey.
- Good knowledge of systems and processes with demonstrable experience in optimizing resource tools/ results.
