Responsibilities:Business Banking Sales Team Leader: Assistant Vice President – Vice President
(Bangkok)
- Set objectives, strategies, success measures and policy for the Region (together with the AM) to be
- aligned with the bank policies, regulation, Group’s strategies and ensure achievement vs. Goals
- To supervise and support the BB sales team to perform proactive business development and
- relationship management activities in order to enrich revenues generated to the bank
- To manage the credit approval process and ensure the quality, maintain client satisfaction and
- retention, optimize risk and minimize expected loss as well as operational costs through various types
- of products / services of the Bank
- To deliver and exceed agreed-on BB targets viz new customer acquisitions, loan and fee volume
- growths, utilization etc.
- To improve productivity levels at each BB Center and for each BB staff as measured by Loans per
- Staff, NPBT per Baht staff cost etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum 6 - 8 years experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking or SMEs
- Banking products, Managerial accounting, Finance, Macro economics knowledge on local traditions
- Strong business acumen and able to deliver targets
- Dedicated, self-driven and highly-motivated
- Strong analytical, decision making, presentation and people management skills
- Team management, Leadership under stress, Change manager, Objective coaching and developing, Negotiation and Persuasion skills
