Production & Planning Supervisor
(Chon Buri)
- Supervise the production workforces to perform the corporative work among each section in order to be able to conform to the daily production plan.
- Control the production process by issuing procedures and instructions to ensure that the production processes are in compliance with the right recipes and processes.
- Co-operate with maintenance by scheduling planned to shut down any production lines to ensure that preventative maintenance is executed correctly.
- Develop the production team by training and coaching on best practices to ensure efficiency in production and promote the safety awareness to his subordinates.
- Establish and control the production plan by analysis of customer demand and pre-set minimum balances set up within the company operating system and scheduling the work accordingly in order to meet product demand.
- Produce statistical analysis on production side, interpret and review parameters in company system, as well as coordinate with other department, to ensure that the scheduled plan can be produced within timeframe and production demands are met
- Improve the current capacity by seeking room of improvement in some processes that can be extended from processes modification, invest for high capacity equipment or any innovations.
- Monitor and collect the data of production performance, Key Performance Indicator and report to superior in order to able to analyze the data and seek for any improvements.
Requirements:
- Thai Male or Female, age between 26 – 32 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in Production and/ or Planning function
- Enthusiastic, willing to work hard under pressure, eager, patient with leadership skill and ability to work well with cross-functional team members.
- Good interpersonal skill with effective communication and problem solving skill.
- Initiative and commitment to achieve.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess positive attitude with good systematic planning, analyzing and decision making.
- Good command of English (**preferred TOEIC 600 up**) both spoken & written and sufficient knowledge in computer literacy.
