Contract Manager / Engineer
Bangkok

Responsibilities:

• The following is a list of job duties and responsibilities, including essential and marginal tasks.During pre-sales, develops and recommends negotiation strategy for key projects to ensure a high-level quality and fair contract, participates negotiations with clients when necessary;

• After signing the contract, upon contract-handover, carries out contract due diligence analysis and propagation, helping core project members of implementation team understand what has been signed and needs to be implemented by providing expert opinions.
• Upon contract signed, helps project team establish procedures and work flows to ensure smooth operation, e.g. a practicable invoicing procedure with customer to improve cash flow.
• During implementation, develops and recommends Contract Change Management strategy for key projects to help project teams achieve mutual agreement of all involved parties before carrying out execution of a Change Order, e.g. contract conditions and/or assumptions are not appropriately met, participating negotiations with customers when necessary.
• During implementation, develops and recommends risk management strategy for key projects to help project teams identify, measure, monitor, quantify and report risks, giving decision makers the information they need to fully analyze risk/return ratios and make better capital investment decisions and improve cash flow

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Major in Business management, Project management, procurement, Financial, or related field; and
• At least three years proven contract management/commercial management experience in telecom industry. Experiences in terms of bidding, project management and legal affairs management are considered as highly relevant; or,
• At least three years proven contract management/commercial management experience in non-telecom industry; experiences as below are considered as relevant:
• Project management, bidding/tendering, Contract/commercial management experience gained in large international project in construction industry;
