- Engineering degree from an accredited university
- 5 to 8 years experience as a Plant Manager or Assistant Manager
- HACCP trained and certified
- Quality focused
- Experience in consumer goods packaging
- Must be motivated and collaborative
- Excellent command of written and verbal English language
- Ability to start within 3 weeks of acceptance
- Preference will be given to individuals with training from institutions and/or work experience, both inside and outside of Thailand
- Must be willing to live or relocate to the Rojana/Wangnoi area
- Work week - 6 days
