Operations Manager

(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all office administration matters in finance, OP&AR, import/export and other administrative services required to support the sales & service activities. Establishes and administers policies & procedures for the smooth running of the entity Liases with headquarter on operating & financial matters to ensure consistency & uniformity
Major Areas of Responsibility :
  • Directs the administrative functions in general office, finance, OP&AA, import/export & other support activities
  • Establishes and administers policies & procedures and to ensure good internal control are in place at all times
  • Develops & co-ordinates forecasts as to expense, assets and capital requirements and to monitor entity operates within these guidelines to ensure profitability & good returns on assets
  • Develops & administers HR programs in compensation & benefit, welfare & education and to ensure HR policies are in compliance with local laws & regional policies
  • Administers the local insurance program to ensure assets are adequately covered and protected
  • Administers credit –collection policies & procedures and responsible for the performance of accounts receivable levels, age & quality
  • Establishes controls in the safeguarding of inventories and other assets and monitors performance in the utilization of these assets.
  • Recruits, trains, sets guidelines and appraises performance of admin staff

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • 5 years working experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Leadership, communication & interpersonal skill
