Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years experience in IT Network and IT Support. Cement business is an advantage.
- Strong Technical support field for generic trouble shooting of computer system and network system
- Experience knowledge & skills in :
- Implementing, designing and managing the complex WAN, LAN and Internet system and, the network security system and policy
- Cisco technology only; IOS, Firewall, VoIP, unified messaging and IP Phone
- The old telecommunication technologies such as PSTN, ISDN, PABX (Analog or Digital)
- Master/Bachelor Degree in Computer science/ Telecommunication/ Information Technology or related fields
- System integration such as integrating IP and telecomm (Voice, messaging (fax) and so on)
- Good outsource and project managerial skill
- Good command in English (spoken & written)
- Able to work under high pressure & deadline
- Able to work temporally during weekend and/or upcountry for some assignments
