Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to project team
- Update/prepare report/ document
- To organize and maintain good filing system for smooth and quicker data retrieving
- Provide other administrative support when required
- To co-ordinate, monitor and handle all documentation
- To ensure all documents are proceeded and recorded in proper sequence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Energetic personality, service mind, and able to work independently
- Good Planning and documentation skill
- Detail-Oriented with positive attitude
- Good command in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is added advantage
