Technical Complaint Supervisor
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving complaint from customers and help solving customers' problems at the highest customers' satisfaction possible, coordinating and working with dealers to identify customers' problems

Requirements:

• University graduate in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years working experience in related functions, experience in technical complaint of automotive business is a plus
• Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with superb service mind
• Good attitude, work well under pressure, and able to work with other people
• Work at Samutprakarn offices
• Good command of English and computer literacy.
