Responsibilities:
- Responsible all process of training and development
- Conduct employee relation activities
- Handle whole process of recruitment function
- Perform performance management such as Balanced Scorecard and 360 degree feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
- Age 28 – 32 years old
- Have 3-4 years in HR field (various functions)
- Energetic, result-oriented, mature and able to work under pressure
- Strong problem solving ,organizing and interpersonal skill
- Strategic thinking
- Positive attitude toward working and good team player
- Excellence in English both of communication and grammar
- Microsoft Office package skill
- Knowledge of Labor Law and Skill Development Regulation is preferable
