Sugar Industrial Business
Plantheon group owns 4 sugar mills (capacity 66,000 ton cane/ day) called TCC Sugar Group.
Agriculture Business
A company under Plantheon Group, which is focusing on industrial crop plantation, is Plantheon Limited. Those industrial crops are including oil palm, rubber, sugarcane and cassava.
Agriculture in Foreign Countries
Besides the agricultural investment in Thailand, Plantheon visions the opportunities and potentials of agricultural businesses in neighbor countries, especially the Indo-China region (Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam). In year 2006.

Responsibilities:
Responsible areas:
- Fully responsible for all HR function (manpower planning, recruitment,training & development, compensation & benefits/welfare, succession plan, etc.)
- Implement HR policies, plans and program aligned with bussiness vision.
- Give consultation on HR related issues to management that extends beyond administrative functions.
- Motivate staff, create a work environment that facilitates teamwork and open communication.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Thai national with degree in HRM or related field and minimum 5 years
- HR experience
- Result- oriented and proactive self- starter with positive attitude
- Strategic mind with strong leadership qualities, communication and motivation skills
- Creative, innovative and methodical with a practical approach and high frustration tolerance
- Good command in English.
- Computer literacy in HR software packages and other office productivity software.
