Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed the agreed personal sales target (within 3 months period).
- Develop specialized business development skills and expertise within the organization in line with company initiatives.
- Lead, promise and deliver to exceed client expectations through client centric approach and relationship management.
- Drive market share growth in supply chain solutions and facilitate business growth through market penetration.
- Actively participate chamber networks to establish and company network in market
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent academic background with more than 3-5 years of commercial experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written) are required to efficiently communicate with international clients and colleagues.
- Strong discipline, opportunity analysis, and solutions approach to dealing with client needs under competitive environment.
