Operations – UAT & Support
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• To develop test cases, test scripts of the UAT covering all related products and process and ensure it covers all scenarios.
• To execute the UAT test, prepare and provide material for system training to users under credit operations to be able to operate the new system enhancement or development. Including preparation training Material for system training.
• Support and coordinate with Internal Audit, Bank of Ayudhya Audit and External Audit and close all the issues of Operation from Audit process.
• Support and coordinate with all Operations for special project and all activities (Team Building, New Year Party, Quarterly Meeting, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
• Experience in Hire purchase business / UAT methodology
• Good computer skill (Ms. Office)
• Presentation and Communication skills
• Good team player and be able to work under tight schedule
