Communication Specialist
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

  • “Our client is a leader in the IT industry specializing in providing services to both national and multi-national companies." The client is urgently seeking a qualified candidate for the following position.
  • Communications Specialist (Contract 1 year, renewable annually)
  • Location: Aree
  • Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 baht per month

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop the relevant communications strategy/programs
  • Lead and support in execution of the company's strategies and programs which must be integrated throughout the company's businesses and aligned to the company Thailand's business priorities and plans.
  • Works on communications activities that support the department's mission.
  • Be part of the implementation of the company communications program and activity such as interfacing with media, developing reports, client references, producing communications support material, or other communications support.
  • Support the Communications team objectives and requirements as defined by management or senior professionals in the department or work group.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or Journalism is essential
  • At least 2 years experience in corporate communications - internal & external or in PR agency.
  • Principles of communication management, PR, marketing, large company processes, IT industry knowledge.
  • Report writing, Speech writing
  • Event organization
  • Excellent research and organizational skills.
  • Strong team player, able to work across diverse, highly matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with standard PC packages
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
