Siemens IT Solutions and Services (SIS), Bangkok, Thailand is a business unit of Siemens Ltd. Thailand offering SAP consulting, support and implementation services to customers in Thailand and throughout the world. SIS is now searching for highly competent, active and experienced professionals to join the growing team in the following functions:

Human Resource Officer – Training
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall functions in Training process
  • Carry out training needs analysis and develop training programs to improve human assets capability align with business objectives
  • Develop and improve training approach, programs, process and operation.
  • Maintain and update training database/ filing system in order to support management decision-making on staff development.
  • Assess the efficiency / effectiveness of both courses and instructors
  • Arrange the Training report to DSD (Department of Skill Development)
  • Participate in special work/ projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Political science, Law, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or other related field.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in Training & Development Management, some experience in Benefit would be advantage.
  • Have knowledge of Skill Development Law & Principle and Labor Law.
  • Experiences in Training Need Survey, Training Evaluation and Follow-up
  • Ability to handle and control HRD projects independently, as well as working in the team environment.
  • Good communication skills and with outgoing personality.
  • Good command of English speaking, writing, listening.
