IT- Application Support

Responsibilities:
- First-line or second-line calls for application-related problems
- Diagnosis , correction and testing of defects
- Support users about trouble shooting
- Documentation of defects and status reports
- Test application enhancements and co-ordination of user testing
- Summarize and share trouble shooting and application knowledge to build Knowledge Base
- Support batch processing and non-working day on call
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer-Science, Technology information or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience working as application support.
- Experience in Banking Business area will be advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with service mind.
- Able to communicate with users at a level appropriate to the audience.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to think abstractly.
- Good Command of English will be advantage.
