Responsibilities:
- Gather business and system requirements and produce Application Requirement Specification
- Undertaking the analysis of system problems and solutions to identify data and technology that meet customer needs
- Ensuring scopes, objectives, costs, and benefits are documented appropriately
- Managing key stakeholders to enable team members to work productively to understand and document processes, products, and requirements
- Analyse the requirements to come up with cost estimation , project plan, and project/system analysis
- Responsible for System Test, Integration Test, and Stress Test. Compose test plans and test scripts.
- Develop UAT Strategy and lead user in testing and collect error report and coordinate to solve testing problem and system problem.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer-Science, Technology information or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience working as Business Analyst
- Experience in Banking Business area will be advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with service mind.
- Able to communicate with users at a level appropriate to the audience.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to think abstractly.
- Good Command of English will be advantage.
