Responsibilities:
- Provide service and support, maintenance IT equipments and related workstation peripheral.
- Participates in the implementation of software systems packages including operating systems, data communication, data management, and other software systems used by Company.
- Provide consultation to Helpdesk Team in first level support problem and trouble shooting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in information system,computer engineering or releted field.
- At least 2-5 years relevant experience in service and support.
- Knowledge of Windows XP professional , Lotus Notes, Open Office, MS Office, Anti Virus, knowledge of network infrastructure- LAN/WAN/DHCP/DNS/ is required.
- Certificate of MCSE2000/2003/2008 is advantaged.
- Provide consultation to Helpdesk Team in first level support problem and trouble shooting.
- Be able to work independently with service-minded characteristics
- Be able to travel upcountry
