Strategic Human Resources Officer/ Senior Officer

Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Leader in overall Strategic Human Resources for TISCO Group including, HR planning, Career Planning, Training Roadmap, Development Plan, Succession Planning & Talent Management, Leadership Program, HR Process Improvement Program, and other related HR projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in any business field
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in Strategic Human Resources, Talent management, or Recruitment or HR Development
- Having pass experience in Banking & Finance will be a strong plus
- Positive attitude, able to work with people at all level
- Able to work under pressure and mimimal time frame
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Highly commitment to any work assignments
- Good command of spoken and written English
