Business Development Manager

(Bangkok)
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sale target (no. of NEW CitiGold customers to be acquired per month) assigned.
  • Work independently to acquire CitiGold customers, through leads, customer visits, events.
  • Assess the customer needs and determine the right products refer appropriately.
  • Prepare and execute a sales plan for prospect using internal referral, customer referral, marketing leads and self-generated leads.
  • Execute and track own sales activities against goals.
  • Transform sales/service transactions into enhances customer relationship.
  • Produce customers to Citibank by demonstrating all distribution channels.
  • Provide customer marketplace feedback to Sales Manager to assist in decision-making and enhancing our products.
  • Maintain a current and proficient understanding of progressively complex products and services to increase sales productivities.
  • Ensure current and prospective customers have a consistent and superior experience.
  • Comply all policies and procedures to ensure the safely and security or bank’s customer’s assets.
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly MIS report as required by supervisor.
  • Follow all standard procedures to ensure acceptably audit rating for all Banking Products.
  • Actively join the sales event, find opportunity to close the sales.
  • Deliver superior service to CitiGold customer to increase customer satisfaction & loyalty.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Strong selling skill (Banking product is preferable) or proven sales performance success records.
  • Investment product knowledge is an advantage.
  • Professional manner and service oriented with excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Good problem solving skill and Good command of English.
  • Ability to network with prospects, acquire MGM and expand CitiGold base.
