Finance And Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire finance and accounting operation of Touchwood Forestry Co., Ltd and report directly to CEO Forestry Business Unit, specifically:
- Responsible to check all financial and accounting functions including monthly closing, posting transaction, taxation, statutory, inventory and fixed asset management.
- Review payment voucher, monthly expenses, cash receiving, G/L reconciliation, cash flow requisition and related operations
- Ensure all necessary controls are in place and comply with generally accounting principles and standards and Company policy and procedures.
- Supervise accounting staff team in handling the accounting functions for daily transaction and regular accounting operations such as monthly report, account receivable, account payable, taxation and the general Ledger
Requirements :
- Degrees in Finance or Accounting with minimum of 70 % pass.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in managerial level and in general & cost accounting / finance /audit / taxation / internal control
- Good knowledge of MS office and accounting program (ACCPAC is preferable)
- Good command of both spoken & written English
- Attention to details and good analytical skill
- Ability to work under pressure, enthusiastic and trustworthy
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
