Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire operational of Touchwood Forestry Co., Ltd and report directly to CEO Forestry Business Unit, specifically:
- Oversee the operational and fiscal activities of departments including staffing, budgeting and financial planning
- Plan and develop system and procedures to improve company operational efficiency
- Maintain company work culture and develop system to support Corporate Objectives
- Follow up current problems and provide solutions to overcome the challenges
- Review and analyze existing business policies and procedures
- Coordinate with Group Head Management team for company development
- Supervise head of departments and provide coaching for staff development
- Other tasks assigned by the CEO
Requirements:
- Degrees in Business Administration or related field with minimum of 70 % pass.
- Minimum 10 years experiences in business administration or related field, with at least 6-8 years experiences in managerial roles
- Previous experience in managed forestry industry is an advantage.
- Good command of both spoken & written English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Familiar with ISO 9001 - 2000
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Great motivator, team builder and result oriented
- Excellent leadership quality and time management skill
