IT Service Supervisor / Assistant Manager
(Bangkok)
- Handles supporting of services, systems, infrastructure etc. Evaluates alternatives and recommends solutions which meet business requirement, enhance performance and standard of IT Infrastructure. Assists to resolve problem and coordinate implementation of IT project. Supervise the operations of the Support team in providing End-User, Infrastructure, and Business Support. Manage and negotiate with the service providers and vendors. Periodic reviews standard, securities and documentation of services, systems, infrastructure etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT related
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in implementing, supporting and managing IT infrastructures and IT Services.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Supervision of IT Operations, Helpdesk and Technical Support. Demonstrates mentoring capabilities and provides technical guidance to team members
- Good knowledge of hardware, software ,Operation System (Microsoft Windows, UNIX (AIX), Linux ),Database administration (SQL,MySQL)
- Knowledge of networking (CISCO preferable), IT infrastructure management and IT Security
- Customer-oriented, strong analytical skill and good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in English.
