Event Marketing Staff
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• Create, execute and monitor differentiated product and brand activities.
• Develop communication strategies and messages in to event theme, core concept, and implementation plan.
• Manage event set up within the timeline and control organize to work efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate with product functions, display team and logistic to prepare all necessary items for the event.
• Control event budget spending and maximize effectiveness and ROI of the event.
• Communicate with head of marketing and top management on event progress, readiness, sequence, rehearsal on each event.
• Coordinate with other related members of marketing communication team to maximize event effectiveness (e.g. corporate marketing, PR, digital marketing, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related fields.
• Male/ Female, age 24-30 years.
• At least 3 years experience in event marketing function.
• Strong capability in event arrangement and communications.
• Good understand of key stakeholders, creative planning & thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with good operated in MS Office especially Excel and Power Point
• Able to work under pressure with strong drive to excellent result and commitment
