Senior HRD Officer
(Bangkok)
- Prepare/Manager administrative task for HRD team including preparing training class, data tally and PO issuing
- Assist HROD section manager in implement and ensure execution of Organizational Development Interventions
- Prepare Learning/ activities media
- Organizing activities to reinforce ABR and HWWT2 mentalities
- Perform the role of LMS administration
- Training needs analysis and deliver training and development interventions accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human resource or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling HR development activities and having knowledge of modern HR management, HR development and Organizational functions
- Experience in administrative tasks
- High Level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- Great time management and planning skills, and reliable
- Mature, service mind, with positive attitude
- Able to manage LMS
- Excellence command of English: written and Oral
- Coaching and Training Skills
