Recruitment & Selection :
- Search for new sources of qualified candidate and participate in various sources including job fair, campus recruitment and other activities.
- Responsible for resume screening and first interviewing to meet job specification requirement for each position.
- Develop recruitment and selection process to be more effectiveness & efficient.
- Responsible for administration work related to recruitment & selection function.
Compensation & Benefit :
- Responsible for Compensation & Benefit Process to be more effectiveness & efficient.
- Deliver high quality of compensation and benefit, effective solution to employees.
- Develop compensation and benefit process to best practices.
- Develop and Maintain Compensation Projects and Organization Development to comply with company policy.
Requirements:
- Male or Female, Age not over 30 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRM / HRD, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
- At least 2 years experience in Recruitment and Compensation Analysis, OD or HR functions.
- Creative & pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill.
- Self driven and result oriented.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
