Senior Human Resource Officer

- Responsible for Recruitment and Selection Process to comply with company policy.
- Plan and seek for new channel for source of candidate.
- Develop and operate the recruitment process to best practices and efficiency.
- Handle day to day operation for go smoothly and manage the documentation systems of Recruitment data based.
- Responsible for recruitment report for Recruitment Manager.
- Handle all HR Project and Other Assignment to meet the company target.
- Responsible for Compensation & Benefit Projects to comply with company policy.
- Handle C&B day to day operation for efficiency practice.
- Develop and Maintain Competency, Organization and Development Projects.
Requirements:
- Male or Female, Age between 23 33 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HRM / HROD / Training /Political Science / Marketing / Economics or related fields.
- At least 2 years experiences in KPI / Performance Management System or HR related fields.
- Excellent communication skill, Co-ordination, Negotiation and inter-personal skill.
- Result oriented, Self driven, High achievement.
- Mature and hardworking, Good team player and able to work independently.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
