Recruitment Specialist
(Bangkok)
- Handling all functions of recruitment; screening applications, testing and interviewing for shortlist candidates.
- Providing professional support and advice best practice recruitment and selection to line managers,
- Ensuring the company manpower is properly addressed and filled
- Sourcing effective recruitment channels and creating new activities or programs to increase networking with potential source.
- Interview and give comment to candidates for Line Manager reference and also finding what career would be fit for the candidate toward their future in the company

Requirements:
- Male / Female age between 24 – 28 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Law, Psychology or related fields.
- At least 2 year experience in recruitment function, experience in FMCG recruitment would be an advantaged.
- Computer literate (Ms Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good command in English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with people and independently as well as good team player.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer-service mind.
- Ability to adapt to changes.
