- Stabilize production so process and technical issues can be solved on the spot
- Carry out process analysis and develop improvement programs for processes, machineries and working environment.
- Maintain working instructions, drawings, specification and ensure all documents and templates are functional and updated at all times.
- Establish and maintain materials master data in computer system
- Ensure raw material are received and component part or products are received and produced according to specifications, working instructions and other documentation. Ensure that a high quality of products are maintained as well as continuously improved.
- Reduce raw material waste and nonconformity items in order to reduce need for repairing or condemnation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineer or related fields.
- Minimum 3years experience in Rubber / Polymer process function.
- Knowledge of Rubber Compounding / Tire processing / Polymer Technology
- Strong communication skills in English language (written and oral)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to operate in multifunction environment
- Computer literate
