Production Supervisor
(Bangkok)
Overall Responsibility: Manage the overall production and maintenance activity :
- Mixing schedule and filling schedule to meet the plan attainment
- OEE, Waste and Cycle time(mixing cycle time, filling cycle time, C&S cycle time and changeover time)
- Control employee attendance
- Control the machine condition by ME2 program (spare parts control, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, equipment calibration program)
- Control operating cost, budget, and expense per business plan
- Control the quality, EH&S, and GMP to meet the standard policy and practices
- Key initiative projects
- People and multi-skilled improvement, training program, teambuilding and development of employee succession planning
- Performance evaluation for employee in production and maintenance
- Set up daily meeting with production engineer ,machine operator, packing leader
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Food Technology
- 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing of food, drug, consumer cosmetic, or health care products that highly involved in GMP, ISO standard, HACCP requirement
- Strong leadership skills in managing people, production activities, and maintenance activities
- Good command of English in speaking, writing, and presentation
- Computer skills in MS Office and Ms Project
- Able to work in shift ( 6 days a week)
