- Review the process of production to meet the corporate aim in QCD&B (Quality , Cost , Delivery and Budget control ).
- Improve the production process at shopfloor : tooling & jigs , line layout , process control , process FMEA in order to higher productivity.
- Support the production for training and quality performance review.
- Being the core team for new model , ECN and process validation
- Team leader for technical product engineering team (design, tester , process , supplier )
- Build up and monitoring the project time’s frame and push the schedule according to the master plan.
- Team leader to design FMEA and follow up & monitor the quality points for improvement.
- Being the representative of company to join with supplier , customer in vehicle testing .
- Project & process validation before trial or mass production.
Requirements:
- Male / Female Thai nationality
- Degree / Master in Process, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Experiences in working with automotive or Rubber group of industry at least 3 years.
- Strong problemsolving, decision making and analytical skills such as 5 Whys & FTA (Fault Tree Analysis, QC 7 tools which certified by TS16949 , ISO14000.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point and other specifics program for engineering such as Microsoft Project .
- Flexible characters with friendly style which able to adapt himself with different culture.
- Good command of English is necessary for daily communication
