Responsibilities:
Job Description :

1. Supervises engineering review ofcapex requests and proposals during the annual budget process; after budget approval, assigns projects to engineering staff; sets priorities and adjusts workload accordingly. Estimate Cost Instument & Electrical system, etc. necessarily the lowest initial capital costs.
2. Problem Solving and Solution ,Prepares and Updates project engineering procedures including description of the project administration process and contract doc guidelines; ensure projects are implemented in accordance with district purchasing, TOR and contracting procedures.
3. Approval Fabrication Drawing and Project Docs. Prepares and updates project engineering.
4. Consultant, Installation, Supervision, Advisor, Technical Support Commissioning Mechanical,Instrument & Electical System. Consultant project facility, Increase efficiency ,Zero incident, Zero injury and minimize customer complain.
5. Provides technical oversight and coordination ofproject engineering work; through project coordination meetings and other means, monitors progress against project schedules and budgets; recommends al1ocation ofresources as required to accomplish goal

* Experience minimum 7 years in Construction / Project management for Gas ,Petro chemical plan, Oil in Refinery, TerminaL Service station, etc.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Thai
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
