HR Officer

Responsibilities:
- Handing all function of recruitment; screening applications,interviewing and selecting candidates
- Coordinate line manager and candidates for interview schedules
- Manage and monitor the employee data base to be accurate on timely basis
- Prepare and issue reports and documents which related to the assigned tasks such as Social Security Fund, Personal Income Tax, Provident Fund, Health insurance etc.
- Male / Female with a Bachelor degree in HRM, Psychology or related field
- At least 3 years experience in HR fileld especially C&B , Recruitment function
- Able to work independently without close supervision
- Creativity, good services mind and high interpersonal skill
- Excellent in computer skills
- Proficient in English
- Working location at Bangna – Trad k.m. 19.5
