URGENTLY REQUIRED !!!
Maintenance Engineer
(Ayutthaya)

Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance engineering support of production lines by monitoring, troubleshooting, and adjusting manufacturing process.
• Install, setup, and oversee the qualification of production tooling and equipment.
• Identify and solve sources of scrap, downtime, and cycle time variations.
• Train and coach technicians on process changes and enhancements.
• Maintain process documentation by writing and updating job reports.
• Troubleshoot and setup multi axis robots.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on automated production line equipment.
• Perform testing for process improvements and control.
• Facilitate communication between Process Engineering and Production.

Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or Mechatronic engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience dealing directly with precision high volume robotics, motion control, and industrial automation

PLC

• Experience installing programs, troubleshooting logic, making logic changes.

Multi Axis Robots

• Hands on experience with multi axis robots (Adept, Staubli, Kawaski), teaching points, installing part specific programs, and

Motion Control Systems

• Troubleshooting and installation of PMAC, Aerotech, & Trilogy systems.

Lasers (experience beneficial, but not required)

• Experience with setup and debug of NdYAG lasers, fiber deliver systems, and optics required for some positions.
• Good English speaking, reading, and writing skills required (TOEIC 500 or higher)
• Experience with structured problem solving methods.
• Ability to set up and perform process verification experiments
• Solid understanding of Statistics, DOE, SPC, and Process Capability (Cp, Cpk)
• Ability to troubleshoot process problems by isolating and correcting causes of variation
• Ability to read and interpret prints using Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GDT)
• Ability to write and assemble technical reports
• Able to work at Rojana Industrial Estate, Ayuthaya.
