BANPU is a financially stable and growing listed energy company that is looking for a Human Resources Manager of Hongsa Project to join company operation and drive Hongsa Project function.

The post will be stationed in Bangkok during the initial stage of the Project, with regular travels to Hongsa site, Xaiyaburi, Vientiane , Laos PDR and Nan Province

Senior Specialist-Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• Establish the Quality, Safety and Environmental (QSE) management standards and corporate procedures, covering all occupational, health and safety aspects group-wide and maintain their appropriate deployment in every operational location to ensure license-to-operate and safe work practices.
• Assure that the OHS –related management systems (such as standards and corporate procedures) implemented are appropriately in place and are correctly maintained in order t o improve performances.
• Initiate and Promote and Drive safe workplace and good practices (safety culture) through OHS-related QSE management
• Enhance OHS related knowledge of Banpu’s employees and contractors to ensure their understanding of OHS risks in their work and enable them to properly manage the risks in their daily work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Science, Engineering or equivalence.
• A minimum of 10 years work experience combination in OHS Management Systems and a minimum of 3 years international exposure, production of OHS internal standards/guidelines/procedures/recommendations
• English proficiency of TOEIC > 750.
• Holder of a training certificate for ISO14001, or ISO9001 and a training certificate in Human relations or People management or Human factor engineering
• Being able to work abroad on temporary basis
