Sales & Marketing Manager
(Chon Buri)

Responsibilities:

• Develop the sales plan based on the automotive market forecast and  regional sales strategy.
• Responsible to be the key contacts for our existing customer to ensure all the customer’s request are promptly and satisfactorily responded.
• Develop strategic action plans to maintain and win existing customers program as well as the new model rollout. This includes cost-down plan, pricing strategy and competitive conditions.
• Conduct competitive analysis of our product line.
• Develop and maintain close working relationship with potential customers. Obtain precise market information on future customers program launch plan and vehicles volume.
• Support intra-regional sales for Thailand customers.
• Identify new business opportunity and recommend new products introduction to meet market requirement.
• Provide relevant information to the product and business team during the quotation and pricing process. Lead the pricing review approval process with the Business Team.
• Respond to customers Request for Quote in a timely manner and continuos follow through. Provide responsive feedback to management in formulating next action plan.
• Developing the annual sales budget and business plan. Provide monthly sales forecast update.
• Support the service parts customer’s sales.
• Ensure that all internal controls requirement is fulfilled.

Requirements:

• An experienced and mature Sales person and possesses in-depth knowledge of the Asia Pacific Automotive industries. Strong experience in the ASEAN Market would be an advantage.
• Possess strong automotive customer’s contacts and network particularly with major Japanese OEM.
• Preferably a Japanese national working in the ASEAN region. Thai nationals that could communicate in Japanese and possess strong work relationship with Japanese Auto OEM may be considered.
• Must be a team player and proactive and able to work independently.
• He must possess strong strategically, planning and analytical thinking.
• Excellent inter-personal, communication and presentation skills.
• Very keen on customers satisfaction and resourceful.
• He must have good track records of past achievement.
• Leadership Skills: He must posses the leadership skill and capability to lead, implement and manage change.
• Supervisory Skills: He must possess experience and capability to lead, manage and motivate his team to achieve the plant objectives.
• Communication Skills: He must have good spoken and written English and Japanese skills. Ability to select the right communication tools to achieve the fastest response is a pre-requisite.
• Speed. Highly motivated and possess high energy level to achieve fast results.
• Results orientated, ‘think out of the box’.
• Courageous and decisive. Capable of making quick decisions.
