Technical Specialist
(Bangkok - Chatujak)
Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for managing new/existing software especially in Microsoft family so as to ensure the IT solutions meet customer requirement as well as processing of advanced and / or complex requirements.
Main Job Responsibilities :
- Work with team and coordinate with other department on technical presentation
- Support technical team on new and existing project
- Design System and Network with high availability and IT security
- Develop network management specification and implement system and presentation
- Participate in IT projects and provide consulting service to the customer
- Consult and evaluate new technology to deploy in future business
Requirements:
- Education
- Degree holder of Computer Science, Statistics or Applied Mathematics Experience • At least 2 years’ experience in relevant Microsoft products implementation, Microsoft networking. Skill Knowledge :
- Microsoft Certificate will get more advantage
- Knowledge of products/solutions to fulfill customer needs.
- Capability to learn new technical and product knowledge, learning material in English
- Basic presentation skills
