Support Engineer (BIS)

Responsibilities:
Job Descriptions    

• Gathering customer requirements
• Analysing the root cause and resolve
• Coordinate and follow up with customer on project requirements, plan, and issues.
• Do system development per user’s requirements
• Problem solving on software system and infrastructure system
• Documents report to manager and related team member
• Job Type : Permanent

Requirements:
Education    

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or any related fields.
• Experience    
• At least 2-3 years experience on application development, software support or programmer.
• Skill    
• Ability to develop Java application (JSP, Servlet, Bean), .Net framework, PL/SQL, HTML, XML, Script Languages (specify your expertise).
• Knowledge to design database relationship and optimize the system performance.
• General knowledge of software development, testing, and deployment in the good practice.
• Ability to communicate own progress and issues to team manager (in Thai is acceptable but prefer in English).
• Ability to record assignments and prioritize them according to significant criteria.
• Have a self-motivated, serviced-mind with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to do self-study and research for specific technical issues or troubleshooting.
• Language    
• Good command of English
• Gender     : All Gender
• Age     : 24-26 years
• Salary     : 20,001-25,000 Bht
