Requirements:
- Thai national only
- English fluency
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or any related fields
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Experience in 5-star hotel is an advantage
- Must have computer skills in MS Office and Opera
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Able to handle guest complaints in a professional manner and can work under pressure
- Hard working, service minded and able to work in flexible shifts
