Accounts Receivable Supervisor
(Bangkok)
Responsibilities:
- Accurately reports buyer payments received and due, and performs account analysis and reconciliation when Financial Controller or tenants question tenant statements.
- Researches and answers Financial Controller’s questions regarding buyer’s statements
- Reviews and approves work such as buyer’s credit memos, non-recurring buyer billings
- Prepares security deposit refund invoices
- Prepares buyer account analysis and reconciliations when buyers dispute charges to their accounts
Requirements:
- Thai nationality only
- Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or any related fields
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
- Planning and organizing
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Hard working and service minded
- Able to work under pressure
- A team player, highly motivated and integrated
- At least 5 – 7 years direct experience in accounting/ accounts receivable
- Direct experience in property development is an advantage
