NSSW (Customer Service) Assistant Manager/ Executive
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulation of strategy and implementation of action plans
- Develop, review and revise on branches cuntomer service standards to ensure good customer relations
- Periodically review and revise on branches customer service performance against the set guidelines
- Focus on internal activities and response to time improvement for customer satisfaction\
- Assist in developing rewards & reconition program and sourcing of rewards
- Follow up on complaints/ concerns highlighted in surveys as and when necessary
- Ensure the company compliance and timely submission of reports
- Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time
- NSSW: Nissan Sales & Service Way
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Exhibits high level of analytical aptitude with the ability to highlight any key issues to the management
- Able to work under pressure and willing to undertake challenges
- Candidates with 1 to 2 years of working experience in marketing research or customer service are encouraged to apply
- Result oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Willing to work 5.5 days week
