Siemens IT Solutions and Services (SIS), Bangkok, Thailand is a business unit of Siemens Ltd. Thailand offering SAP consulting, support and implementation services to customers in Thailand and throughout the world. SIS is now searching for highly competent, active and experienced professionals to join the growing team in the following functions:

Project Management Office (PMO)

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite/offsite project support. This may include project administrative support, quality auditing of project deliverables, project controlling and reporting
• Provide reliable and up-to-date project data characterizing the current situation of the project business at Siemens IT Solutions and Services
• Support and coach critical proposals / projects to ensure delivery according to defined standards
• Ensure effective quality and risk management (processes, projects, suppliers) in line with Quality / Risk Management standards of Siemens IT Solutions and Services
• Establish a culture, where working in projects and cooperation between projects is es-teemed; promote the vision of a project-oriented organization
• Identify project business trends, identify areas of improvement and drive improvement initiatives
• Support critical proposals / projects in the following areas: Project Management, Project Commercial Management, Quality and Risk Management, and Claim Management
• Provide administrative support , e.g. Microsoft SharePoint
• Coaching of Project Management Teams
• Support learning organization
• Able to work in a multicultural environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration , Computer Science or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Project Management, Business Process Analysis, or Pro-ject Assistance
• Very good command of the English language (listening / writing / speaking)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Project)
• Good presentation, communication, and people skills
• Experience in Microsoft SharePoint , experience in continuous improvement projects, experience abroad, and multilingualism is a plus
