General Manager - Office ( Automotive-Chonburi )
(Chon Buri - - AMATANAKORN Industrial Estate -)

Responsibilities:

• Our customer is the international  Manufacturing for automotive industry in Amatanakorn Industrial Estate in Chonburi with the local staff 200 persons , we are looking for the potential candidate who able to monitoring the performance of plants with the following detail of requirements…

Job Scopes :

• Senior management  who cooperate / co-management with Japanese & Thai management team in every aspects of manufacturing management .
• Being the window person to coordinate / communicate with Overseas ( Head office ) / Government / Activities.
• Monitoring /  handle for the administration activities .
• Improve / build up the long term competitive together with the management team to implement the good quality system of ISO/TS16949 , ISO14000 , ISO 9000  or other specific management tools such as 5S , KYT Activities , TPS …
• Monitor / prepare the report with analytical  in details according to the due-date.

Note: This position will report to top-management ( Japanese ) team. 
Requirements:

• Male , age from 37 – 50 years , smart & dynamics characters.
• Degree / Master in related fields from accredit university both of local or oversea .
• Proven track record for this position from Japanese manufacturing at least 5-10  years.         
• Strong in manufacturing management tools such as 5S / Kaizen , Suggestion system , ISO/TS16949 , ISO14000 & ISO18000 with knowledge of BOI & Import – Export process.
• Applicable to communicate in English if able to speak Japanese is more preferable.
