Project Manager - IT
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a project team in delivering solutions using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement and contract .
• Manage effectively scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables by applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control and risk management control.
• Ensures software solutions are delivered to customer expectations and requirements by developing project plans, assigning resources, monitoring progress and taking corrective action where necessary.
• Understand user requirements, evaluating alternative solutions and determining feasibility & practicality in user environment, Preliminary design.
• Take charge of all project resources and establish an effective communication plan with project team and users.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology or other related fields
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in application development
• Knowledge and experience in Banking, Securities and Asset Management Business is a plus.
• PMI certified is a plus
• Proven experience in program management and managing similar projects and team
• Excellent problem analysis, Analytical thinking, human relations , Mature and good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and influence skills, ability to gain agreement and support at all levels in the organization
