National Sales Manager
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the achievement of area budget.  Establish and cultivate new accounts as required to ensure successful attainment of assigned budget.
2. Establish and maintain end-user and distributor relationships at all levels. Initiate contact with and manage prospects as required.  Identify and communicate problem areas to management.
3. Prepare monthly forecast and related sales reports in order to maintain assigned accounts.  Determine sales potential of assigned area.
4. Anticipate customer needs and identify alternatives.  Implement sales programs as required by Singapore in support of sales objectives.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and related training as required.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

• To generate report of distributors and market information.
• Distributors monthly performance
• Distributors monthly activities
• Market research on competitors and market movement
• To support distributors and their dealers.
• Providing new product information
• Providing product updates
• Provide competitive product studies
• Provide new product and product update training
• Acting as window between distributors and Singapore
• Supporting distributors and their dealers in their activities
• Translation of materials from English to local language
• To establish and cultivate new end-users.
• Listing up the potentials
• Contacting the potentials
• Providing product explanation and demonstration
• Making and providing proposal
• Follow up with end-users after proposal until decision making by end-user
• To research the market situation and report to Singapore office
• Competition activities and competitor products
• Effectiveness of distributor's activities and events
• To attend various trainings organized by Singapore office

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of related experiences in area of sales to distributors and to end-users.
• If possible, experiences in area of POS and Barcode Printer sales business.
• Must have good written and verbal communications (local language).
• Must have reasonable written and verbal communications (English).
• Must be able to travel frequently.
• Must have good leadership.
• Must have computer skills e.g. Microsoft Excel / Words / Powerpoint.
