Service Engineer
(Bangkok)
Responsibilities:
- Handling and satisfying Service for AFT customer’s requirement.
- Coordinate with teams to solve problem for AFT customers.
- To be representative of company to gather issues and feedback from AFT customers.
- Keep customer relationship.
Requirements:
- Age 26-30 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering field.
- At least 3 years work experiences in Service field.
- Good command of both spoken & written English.
- Familiar with Car Audio product is preferred.
- Able to travel overseas.
Special skills, knowledge and abilities :
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
- Initiative, problem solving
